Ordering​

Payments are taken through PayPal  in British Pounds Sterling. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. The payment system is totally secure and we do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

Shipping

​

Cost of shipping is £3.95 per order.

Most orders will be packed and shipped within 3 working days and sent by Royal Mail or courier, depending on size and weight.  Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping. If you haven't received your order after seven working days, please let us know.

We currently do not offer shipping outside of the UK.

Returns

​

Returns are accepted provided you email us within 7 days of receipt to let us know. Buyer is liable for return postage unless the item is damaged. Once the order has been safely returned we will refund your payment within 3 days. Payment will be refunded minus the original cost of shipping.
